These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Gumleaf Venue Finder app ("App"), operated by Gumleaf Venue Finder ("Gumleaf", "we", "us", "our").

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. About the App

Gumleaf Venue Finder is a venue discovery tool designed to help users find and contact event venues based on their selected criteria.

Gumleaf does not:

• Own, operate, or manage venues
• Take bookings or payments on behalf of venues
• Guarantee availability, pricing, or suitability of any venue

All enquiries are sent directly to venues, and any arrangements are made solely between you and the venue.

2. Use of the App

You agree to use the App:

• For lawful purposes only
• In a way that does not disrupt or interfere with the App's operation
• Without submitting false, misleading, or inappropriate information

We reserve the right to restrict or suspend access if the App is misused.

3. Venue Listings & Search Results

Venue suggestions are generated based on user-selected criteria and available information.

While we aim to provide accurate and up-to-date details, Gumleaf does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any venue listing.

Inclusion of a venue does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation.

Search results are provided as a guide only.

4. Enquiries & Communications

When you submit an enquiry through the App:

• Your information (including name, email address, and event details) is forwarded to the selected venue
• Any further communication occurs directly between you and the venue
• Gumleaf is not responsible for responses, non-responses, pricing, or agreements made

Venues are responsible for handling enquiries in accordance with their own policies.

5. No Guarantees or Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gumleaf makes no warranties or guarantees regarding:

• Venue suitability
• Event outcomes
• Availability of venues
• Response times from venues
• Accuracy of third-party information

Use of the App is at your own discretion.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Gumleaf will not be liable for:

• Losses arising from venue bookings or arrangements
• Disputes between users and venues
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Errors, interruptions, or technical issues

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content within the App, including branding, text, and design, is owned by or licensed to Gumleaf.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App without prior written consent.

8. Changes to the App or Terms

We may update or modify:

• App features
• Venue inclusion
• These Terms

Changes will be effective once updated in the App or on our website. Continued use of the App indicates acceptance of updated Terms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time if these Terms are breached or if the App is discontinued.
